Brotherhood: Why China and Pakistan are Stabbing India?

Brotherhood: Why China and Pakistan Welcome act to sell Air India:-

And finally, the government has taken to sell the Air India. It is welcome act. Under the Chairmanship of Arun Jaitley, the scheme will be worked for terms and conditions.
The AI is in a loss of Rs. 1000 crores and the government had given 300 crores for the bailout. But the structure of this AI is such that the employees do not want to work and the in the Congress and Congress-NCP regime this institution was very badly plundered and looted.
See that government gets at least 13000 crores of rupees as sale value so that the debt may be recovered. In addition to this, the pay and other allowances and sundry expenses should be added to decide the minimum price on which sale could be made.
Let it may be done before completion of this financial year. The consideration should be cash and no instalment basis sell.

Latter party (Uttar Kand) of A.Raja-Thomas.

Latter part (Uttar Kand) of Raja-Thomas.

• And his eyes leaked crocodile tears! Regretted for any thing happened in the Thomas episode.
• Prime Minister of greatest democratic country who did not act in democratic manner but in authoritarian manner.
• In the same authoritarian manner refused for JPC for A. Raja but ultimately after wasting of a whole session of the Parliament agreed for the same-- it is called Penny wise Pound foolish attitude.
• Thomas says that he has not received the copy of his order sacking him from the job of CVC. What is his standard? He was party to the proceeding and it is deemed that he had knowledge of the order. Otherwise also the order is open for reading in the court. The moment his appointment was quashed he was deemed to have been removed and seized to be CVC. No separate order or of termination was necessary and ought not to have allowed occupying the chair of CVC. Even government would have issued such order and notification forthwith. But the Prime Minister and the Law Ministers are yet studying the legal aspect.
• Had it been with any other authority that authority would have been arrested by this time but since it relates to Prime Minister, matter becomes different. Whether it was A. Raja’s case or other scams every file moves through P.M.O. and the Prime Minister is part and parcel of such all activities as head of the cabinet and he cannot disown responsibility. In Indian Penal Code there are sections like 34, 35, 36, 37, 38,107, 120 B and 149. This makes persons jointly liable.
• In spite of all these things the Prime Minister is not willing to resign.
• Through out these days of difficulties of the Prime Minister Sonia and Rahul Gandhi kept MOUN (Silence) as if they were not concerned about it.
• Unfortunately very sorry to say that the President of India did not play a right role in all these matters and did not give any advice which he ought to have given. President is highest authority of the nation and is a part and parcel of the Parliament and hence ought to have shown serious concern over the non functioning of Parliament in last session. The opposition leaders had shown their concern over it by making a personal representation to the President in these matters.
• It is unhealthy attitude of the ruling party and the President of India.
